Netball requires athletes to have speed, agility and strength in addition to their netball specific skills.
As a club, Sorrento Saints players train once per week in a on-court session; Body Biomechanics are would like to offer a second ‘off-court’ strength and conditioning training session to assist players to build their strength and conditioning as per the demands of the game.
These group-based gym sessions will cater to individual needs within a group setting. The idea behind the Strength & Conditioning program is to support player development, particularly as players transition through to higher levels of Netball, to reach their goals and avoid injuries.
